At Chilli Avenue, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We aim to build trust and loyalty by delivering your orders efficiently and securely.

We currently ship seeds only within Australia. All orders are processed and packed with care to ensure your seeds arrive safely and ready to grow.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard Australia Post delivery time frames apply once your order has been shipped.

Please note that due to Australian biosecurity and quarantine regulations, we can only ship seeds within Australia excluding Western Australia.

We are unable to send seeds overseas.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy at Chilli Avenue is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind. If you have changed your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, we are here to assist you. We believe that a clear and fair policy is essential to build trust and confidence in our products.

Because we sell seeds, we cannot accept returns once packets have left our premises, in line with standard industry practice and biosecurity requirements.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If:

You receive the wrong item,
Your seeds arrive damaged, or
There is another issue with your order,

Germination rates may vary depending on growing conditions; we cannot guarantee outcomes once seeds are sown.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the seeds they purchase are suitable for their local climate and conditions.
